Hopefully someday my girls will love art as much as I do, and hopefully their skills in the arts will far surpass my own dabbling.

Looks like you're off to a fantastic start. Frame one for us won't you? (I promise not to set the house on fire...) Those are the fun things the girls will remember, getting messy with daddy doing art projects.
